Mr. Ali is assisted by attorneys and paralegals at AHALI Dispute Resolution. These individuals perform the tasks traditionally performed by “arbitral secretaries,” including scheduling, file management and organization, legal research, coordinating hearings, preparing drafts of and disseminating correspondence, preparing drafts of procedural orders and histories, drafting of non-dispositive parts of awards. Mr. Ali’s assistants have no decision-making authority in any cases in which he serves as an arbitrator. All work is reviewed by and conducted under the direct supervision of Mr. Ali.
