Myriam Khedair is an associate with AHALI Dispute Resolution LLC, specializing in international dispute resolution and international arbitration. She has experience in both commercial and investment arbitration, with a particular focus on disputes in the construction, oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

 For several years, she has worked on complex international arbitration matters across leading international law firms and arbitral institutions in Paris and Geneva. She has been involved in disputes administered by the ICC, PCA and ICSID, and has worked extensively on issues of Saudi, Iraqi, Algerian, Egyptian, French, English, American, and UAE law. Her experience spans complex commercial and investment arbitration matters involving the construction, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. She has worked extensively on high-value cross-border disputes involving issues of Middle Eastern law.

 Prior to joining AHALI, Myriam worked with several leading international law firms and arbitral institutions in Paris and Geneva, including White & Case, Ashurst, LALIVE, Shearman & Sterling, and the International Chamber of Commerce.
