Arbitration Lab Opens Applications for the 2026 London Summer Arbitration School

I am pleased to speak at the 2026 London Summer Arbitration School - a five-day intensive programme on international arbitration. The school will take place from 15–19 June 2026 at CTLS, Bush House, Aldwych, London.

Building on Arbitration Lab’s practical teaching model, the programme introduces participants to both core and specialist areas of arbitration. These include institutional and ad hoc arbitration, jurisdiction of arbitral tribunals, and arbitration in commercial, maritime, construction, commodities, banking, and finance sectors. It also covers investor–State arbitration, public international law issues in arbitration, arbitration in the digital economy, and the relationship between arbitral tribunals and domestic courts.

Designed for students, dispute resolution professionals, and academics, the Summer School combines substantive learning with practical skills. It offers opportunities for professional networking and introduces participants to diverse career paths in international arbitration. Participants will learn from leading academics, practitioners, representatives of arbitral institutions, and international organisations.

Participants will also benefit from bespoke teaching materials, a certificate of completion, social activities, and a guided Legal London Tour.

Applications close on 15 May 2026. Further details and the provisional programme are available at https://arbitrationlab.com/program/london-summer-arbitration-school/
